Description : WE rent some apartments in Venice from 2 to 6 people at S. Croce, near train station and Piazzale Roma (bus terminal). All the apartment are classified from the Province of Venice of first categories and they are for longer and shorter periods. The aparmtents have kitchen, living-room, bathroom with shower or bath and beds: matrimonials, singles, sofabed with 2 single beds. It has also air conditioning, heating, small garden outside where you can eat and relax, hair-dryer, sheets and towels(that are changing twice a week), dishies and all for cooking. All the apartment are no-smoking. CANCELLATION POLICY:from 20 to 11 days before the arrival 50%, from 10 days to 3 days before the arrival 85%, from 71 hours to the day of arrival and no-show there are 100% of total. (Extra payment for Late Check-in service) - check-in from 19:00 to 21:00 is extra payment of 20 euros - check-in after 21:00 to 24:00 is extra payment of 50 euros ---------------------------------------------------------- The tourist tax in the territory of the Municipality of Venice Furnished tourist apartments 1st cat: Venice = 2.50 euros
