Description : B&B The Four Seasons is a guest house located in the heart of the city. Steps away from Campo San Polo, the 2nd biggest square in Venice and only 8 minutes from Rialto Bridge. The nearest vaporetto stop is San Silvestro, about a 5 min walk on foot with no bridges in between. The end of our street arrives right to the grand canal, where you can take ataxi very easly. We have three bedrooms dedicated to the famous venetian musician Antonio Vivaldi. Each room has it’s own private en suite bathroom with shower. All bathrooms are brand new, as we just finished restoring the flat in 2004. Cancellation are possible without penalty 7 days prior to arrival.In case booking is cancelled after this term we apply one night penalty. In case of now-show we apply the full amount penalty. rooms Family suite ( big room): This suite consists of 2 rooms. One very large room which has a choice of 3 single beds or a double and one single. There is a small sitting area with sofa bed. 3 large windows look out onto a typical venetian street. In the adjoining smaller room, there is a double bed and bathroom. This room has 2 large windows as well. Both have exposed wood beams and terracotta floors. This suite is perfect for families up to five people. The double room: This lovely room has high ceilings with exposed wood beams and terracotta floor. 2 large windows look out onto a typical venetian street. There is a small en suite bathroom with shower. This room has either a double bed or 2 singles. Loft: (attic room) Our loft room is located on the top floor in the attic. It’s up a flight of stairs and is a very cozy and quiet room. From the entrance you have a small sitting area with 2 nice size windows which let in a lot of light. Above this area there is the loft bed and the bathroom. Since it is in the attic, the bed area has a low ceiling, but the bathroom has a very tall ceiling with 2 windows. This room sleeps up to 3 guests, with either 3 singles or 1 double and 1 single. The single bed is made up of a sofa couch located in the sitting area below the loft bed. Couples really enjoy this room because of the privacy and cozyness. Young people love it, because staying in the attic can be a lot of fun. Families think it’s great, because you can divide everyone up; the parents down below in the double room and the children in the loft with no one to disturb! Cash payment at arrival is required
