Description : The Hotel Belle Epoque is located in the centre of Venice just a few minutes from St. Marc Square (vaporetto -waterbus n° 1 or 2 along the Grand Canal). All its rooms have private facilities, satellite TV, dirct dial telephone, air conditioning and are furnished in a typical venetian style. A panoramic elevator will take you to your room. At a walking distance the train station Santa Lucia and car/bus terminal Piazzale Roma. All the rooms, as the whole hotel, were completely restored in 2004 and now offer to our guests a tipycal ambience who dates back to 1700. The furinture recalls the venitian style in two colours: red or green. All the rooms are equipped with the latest comforts: soundproof, bathrooms in white marble with shower, air conditioning, satellite television, safe. Internet Wi-Fi is available in the hall. BOOKING CONDITIONS: -for cancellations or amendments up to 03 days of arrival no cost will be charged. -for cancellations or amendments after 03 days before arrival date, the cost for first night will be charged -in case of no show the entire cost of the stay will be charged. -for reservations for more than 02 nights the hotel can ask a deposit from 50% to the total amount pf the stay. -for multiple reservations including more rooms ( for 01 or more nights ) the hotel can ask a deposit from 50% to the total amount of the stay. -by failing of authorisation for the deposit as guarantee, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation/s.
